Grace's 1st Communion Pictures

Grace will be receiving her first communion this Sunday, May 2nd. She is very excited! We all are! Grace will be able to join us in the sacrament of the Holy Eucharist. She is growing up! We took her into the studio today and snapped a few photos of her all dressed for the occasion. She's so beautiful!

Pictures of the kids and 36 week photos of Me

My mom requested that I post some current photos of the kids on my blog. She specifically asked for some full length shots. So here you go, mom. I just took the kids out to my side yard for a couple quick shots. Noah snapped a few of me too. I hate photos of me, I've decided I'd much rather be on the other side of the camera!

34 Weeks Belly Photo

I am technically 34 weeks tomorrow, but I had Noah take a few photos of me today. It's close enough. So here's what he was able to get. He did pretty good framing the photo, though only one photo is actually in focus, it gets the job done without me having to use a timer and a tripod. I'll work with him on focusing later.

I will say I feel bigger. I can't really slouch over or I have his rear in my rib cage (not comfy). I'm glad he's growing well though, and I can't wait to meet him. My friend here in Monterey is throwing me a small baby shower/celebration this weekend. We are going out to dinner at a restaurant near Lover's Point. Should be fun!

Nathan at 33 Weeks

Nathan is measuring in the 75th percentile and doing really well! I can't wait to meet him! Here are two photos from the ultrasound this week. The cord is in front of his mouth, so the image is a little blurry in front of his mouth. One photo shows his nose best and the other his chin. He has some little cheeks!

I'm having non stress tests done at the hospital birthing center once a week. I just started this week. It's just a precaution given how small Maddie was and that her fluid levels got low at the end of the pregnancy. I'm glad they're going above and beyond what is necessary, it makes me feel more comfortable.

All is well so far, and I pray it stays that way!
