Dad got here on March 17th and will be leaving on the 24th. We have had a great time. We went to see Hearst Castle, just Dad and me. It was a 2 1/2 hour drive so we had a lot of time to talk and it was a beautiful drive. We stopped along the way back and saw a beach full of elephant seals. We also saw the cutest squirrels and watched as a rabbit attacked a snake! It was quite a stop! We also stopped at Nepenthe Restaurant to enjoy the view, and we stopped at Point Lobos to see the sights. We topped the day off with a dinner on fisherman's wharf and a trip to Star bucks.
The next day we drove up to Santa Cruz and drove up to a Red Wood State Park. We hiked a little and enjoyed the big beautiful trees. It was a bit raining, but still a good time. We went home changed and then had dinner at a Mexican restaurant in Salinas.
Today we are going to church at 11am and then I'm not sure what we will do today.
